Bhd. and its subsidiaries for tenancy related purposes including communications, tenancy administration, security, legal compliance, and service improvement. Your data may be shared with third party service providers i.e. security firms, maintenance contractors, internet providers, insurance companies and relevant government authorities only when necessary to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

C. CTOS credit and background check

Consent is granted to Miri Housing Properties Sdn. Bhd. to conduct a credit and background check through CTOS Data Systems Sdn. Bhd., covering:

The personal and/or company credit report and score
Bankruptcy, litigation or winding-up records
Directorships, shareholding and business verification

This consent is in accordance with the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010, and the results are used strictly for tenancy assessment.
